About Us

The boat:
The Reel Steel is a 28' Farallon that was custom built for us to our specifications. It has a comfortable cabin area to warm up on cold days. It also has a private flush head. With twin 225 HP Honda outboards it is safe, fast and fume free. It is equipped with all required safety gear and the most up to date fishing and navigation electronics available. Besides all that it's the cleanest best looking boat in Humboldt Bay.

The Captain:
Captain Tim has been fishing the northern California coast for over 30 years. He is a Coast Guard licensed skipper. He loves to help people catch fish. He thinks he has the best job in the world.
